I submitted this a bit early but I almost hit the required lvl.
Enjoy some Neo abs and human Neo e > e~ Did you expect him to look like that?? //snorts
This took me like a frickin week C R Y --And look! More inconsistent art //shot

At first, Neo may look a bit intimidating with such a scary face-- but a second later it all turns into a really lame grin and stupid little jokes. Neo is pretty goofy. His jokes are crappy, his humor is lame and yeah, he is a bit of an idiot. He's not exactly the brightest tool in the shed! But still, he has his charm. Although, he usually ends up embarrassing himself (and others) for not thinking things thoroughly and being so stubborn till the end. He means good, but his 'common sense' is not exactly common or straight at all...

Although not as much anymore, Neo keeps being sort of a flirt and a royal perverted. He can turn and twist -everything- in his favor and end up making double-sense jokes. He's a bit too hyper for his own sake, so he's always looking for something to do. He can't stay still and quiet for a whole minute. For the same reason, he speaks nonstop and usually does strange things out of the blue. He's a bit impulsive, as he acts before thinking.

Neo takes almost everything lightly, it's hard to get him to be serious. But he can get serious and actually takes everything seriously. He rather not show that or the fact that he's very kind and grateful inside. He feels too embarrassed and over exposed, and he doesn't really trust others to let them see. Though he's pretty social and outgoing, in the end he doesn't find himself to have that many friends.

★ [H]istory::
Neo has quite a huge family. He has an older brother, two little siblings and a half-brother. He grew up with his mother, who would often engage in an on-and-off relationship with a guy that didn't show the slightest interest in her or her kids. This started to harbor great issues with trust and role-models. For starters, Neo felt it was somehow his and his sibling's fault that their father wouldn't stay. Maybe they weren't good enough? He also had to bear with a mother that wouldn't take care of them at all and would prefer said man over them no matter how crappy she was treated. Relationships started to have a twisted definition for him since then.

Things turned harder later on, as Neo tried to take the role of the 'man' and do something for his mother but she would prefer his brother Aeon over him (specially since Aeon looked a lot more like his father). This only lead to a long history of competition between each other that kept turning worse and worse to the point they hate each other deeply. Aeon would always outsmart Neo, which only made him feel a bit more useless every time.

Although Neo never felt the 'family type' or considered himself to have a family at all, he's pretty much a family guy. While he doesn't give a crap about his older brother, he can be really caring about his younger siblings. He won't tell, but he is pretty concerned about them. He didn't want them to go through the same as the two older brothers did, so he took care of them after their mother left them all alone to go after their father.

Being forced to grow up quickly and get used to the harsh world, Neo lost his faith and trust in life. However, he later developed a twisted sense of reasoning that keeps him going on. "Remember we all are selfish. If you don not smile, no one will do it for you. If you are not happy, no one will make you. Nobody cares. So smile to yourself, and be happy with yourself. Forgive but never forget. As no one will come to your aid, For you are just a toy, and everyone wants to play."

Still wandering a bit lost, he came across Ren-- who ended up being a huge thing in his life that lasted for several years. Things didn't end too well though.

Later on, already an adult still a bit damaged over Ren-- Neo started following an ideal that was basically "making everyone happy". He would talk to strangers out of the blue and engage in random conversations always trying to make people laugh and be happy. He started pleasing everyone however they wanted (which would sometimes somehow end up in bed lmao).

Nowadays, Neo is actually really happy (and his ego is quite big). He's pretty laid back and believes there's no point in worrying. He admits he's pretty dumb, but then again, ignorance is bliss.

Most recently, Neo found a decent reason in life. He came across a guy that captured his attention right away. At first it was simple platonic love that ended up being not as platonic. Somehow just by chance, Cam (who he had been stalking for a few months) ended up falling on him while digging a random hole in the middle of nowhere. Since Neo saw this as his only opportunity to be lucky, he resorted to massive flirting and aggressive persistence to end up having a one night stand with his platonic love. Eventually, they did end up spending the night.
After that, Neo noticed something like that wasn't enough, and though he felt bad for just going straight for sex at the beginning, he kept chasing Cam and insisting on giving him another chance. From then on, their relationship developed surprisingly fast. Neo really feels the luckiest man alive, as he found someone that he can maybe... maybe truly rely on for once, and someone who he feels he can devote his life to without a question.
